we survived!

We spent about 1/3 of our time indoors, another 1/3 shopping
and 1/3 doing other things*.

*watching movies, going out for meals, hanging out with friends

Time flies when you are having fun.

In a blink of an eye 2007 came and gone.

In a blink of an eye our much awaited two weeks holidays came and gone.

TOH and I survived the two weeks seeing each other day in day out.

Am glad to report that we are both alive and didn't kill either one.

Compared to most couples who see each other everyday or at least every other day, TOH and I don't have that kind of privilege. So when the opportunity of seeing each other for two whole weeks arised, both of us had the same thoughts, 'will we survive it?'

With exception to the one time that TOH had to 'walk the dog' due to me being extremely stubborn refusing to take his wonderful, magical and delicious Boots Brochial Cough Syrup even though I was coughing my lungs out throughout the night; and me being annoyed by a highly entertainingly drunk and in situ rendition of 'I'm singing in the rain' by TOH; I think the both of us did very well.

We shared many hours catching up, playing board games and card games, preparing meals and even the cough! Sadly we also spent many hours indoors because we were too ill or even bothered to go out.

It is a great insight to what it would be like spending hours with each other everyday. And since we coped very well, I'm certain we will be fine.

I just can't believe the amount of time we go shopping as well!

On that note, I bought some clothes from M&S, some gifts for others, two piece of clothing from Fat Face (I love the clothes but I hardly buy anything from there), a few board/card games, some magazines, and not forgetting all the weird and wonderful medicines too! Over the weekend, I bought a Bench jacket (I've always wanted a Bench jacket, donno exactly why), a pair of cute cherry pumps, a selection of items from Ikea, and a pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction boots.

I will need to look back at my December budgets and prepare my January budgets soon. Then there is all the filing of the dreaded bills and statements to be carried out this week. The joys of it!

So tommorow is back to work routine. I should really jump back in and catch up where I have left behind up to the one week before Christmas holidays. I will also see my APC Supervisor to complete my three months Supervisor report.

Thankfully I've completed my ironing, clear away the Christmas paraphernalia, tidy up the flat and made some soup in this really lovely West Coast wet weather.

Work here I come!!!

big

Last night’s shopping wasn’t as great as I thought it would have been. But, I found out why they say Glasgow is a shopping haven.

It has been reported/claimed that Glasgow is the next best place to shop after London. I’ve never really thought about that. I mean, I didn’t like Glasgow from my first visit years ago, so it didn’t really bother me if Glasgow IS a shopping haven. Or that I hardly do much shopping myself, for that matter.

But last night it was a case of ‘big’.
Debenhams - big
House of Fraser - big
Zara - big
Borders - big (which, we already know by now)
Urban Outfitters - big
John Lewis - big

You get the idea, don’t you?

Oh yeah, they even have a Hamleys here. Just in case you don’t know, Hamleys is one of the world biggest toy store. But the Hamleys in Glasgow is inside of House of Fraser. Nothing compared to the one on Regent Street, London.

There were so many people in town shopping. Today’s paper reported that high street retail has picked up. With the economy slowdown, everyone is waiting for last minute shopping. Even John Lewis had started some reduction until end of this week!!!

Oh well…

As much as I would like to shop online, which ideally I would do if I know what I want, I would have. But there is no one home. And not sure if the postie/courier service is going to leave my parcel at the door or worst send it back to the depot, which leaves me with more trouble than necessary. I may just go online to shop for whatever I really want and can’t find it in the stores and have it delivered to the office, thick face-ly. Maybe just write my address very business likey.

LBD

I’ve mentioned many times that it is great to be in my position. And since I like the social scene, which whenever I am up for, I had to think of something to wear to the work’s Christmas Dinner as well as my company’s Christmas Lunch the very next day.

Thus it is not surprising that the season of LBD - Little Black Dress is upon us. But I have to be difficult as usual. Well, more like, I don't want the boring usual LBD, so I'm going for something not from that genre.

I’ve seen this really nice dress in Jane Norman that I’ve been eying on for a long time. Tried it for size and it looks great. One thing I love about the dress is that there is a good support in the dress unlike most tube dress(?) or shoulderless dress(?) - whatever you call them.

I also saw a nice dress on a leaflet in store but I couldn’t see it in store. Maybe it was there all along but I just can’t see it.

So I thought, I will go online and find that dress before I make a decision which dress to buy.

Yes, I know it is such an excuse to buy new clothes.

Today I finally went online to look for Jane Norman’s website.

I was quite disappointed that they don’t sell clothes online and whatever they have online is just a handful of what they have in store.

I normally just walk pass Jane Norman racks in the departmental stores. Until I saw the Jane Norman boutique in Aberdeen’s St. Nicholas Shopping Centre.

I think all the clothes were really beautiful. There were quite a number of clothes that I would love to buy. And as much as I can think of a million excuses why I need more than one dress for Christmas and beyond, I have to control myself.

Short listed a few dresses.

Anyways, getting out of topic here. I went online today to find the dress that I can’t see in store. And since the official website does not sell clothes online, I did a general search on Google to see if I can find elsewhere that sells her clothes online.

Guess what I found instead? There is this website The UK High Street that I found, is like a forum where people put in their high street shopping experience.

Reading what the shoppers have to say about
Jane Norman, I’m wary and slightly put off to whether to buy the dress that I like.

From quality complaints to customer complaints, I just feel so put off by buying the dress now.

Contemplation setting in.

I will have to either go for it or look for something else. Decisions. Decisions!

As for Christmas Lunch, I think I’m getting a much needed pair (or two) of new jeans and a nice top. Or something I already have.

TOH gave me this really beautiful necklace which I’m sure to be able to match with whatever I’m going to wear and I bought a nice bag from New Look two weeks ago with a VIP 20% discount.

Anyone wants a GAP 30% voucher which is valid until this Sunday (2nd December) drop me an email and I’ll send it to you.

It will definitely be a nice beginning to the long holidays.

Christmas Dinner on Thursday night (20th December) and then Christmas Lunch on Friday before I head up the road to spend my Christmas and two weeks holiday including Hogmanay in Aberdeen.

I just hope I will be able to recover from all those drinking (and eating for that matter)!

another weekend

The boys were down this weekend.

We had a Domino's - DVD night on Friday. The movie of choice: Blades of Glory.

Quite a nice lighthearted movie for a relaxing Friday night. There were some very good and funny lines.

Saturday, TOH and I can't resist to bring SR to Braehead Shopping Centre.

It will be TOH and my second time there.

Braehead Shopping Centre is really big compared to most shops in Aberdeen. The selection of shops are about the same as the high street but probably each shop has more selection of things.

As usual, how can we resists not going to our favourite second favourite store, Marks & Spencer? *Sigh*

Buuuuuut...

I think the main reason we went to Braehead was for... IKEA!!!

We are such mugs sometimes...

Had a wonderful lunch there and spend money in IKEA as usual. I bought some really nice cards and who knows may just do something about it someday. In the meantime I am just happy to know I bought some really nice cards.

Honestly, I think or I can't remember what else I bought there. So bad...

Did go and sit on TOH and mine's favourite sofa
TYLĂ–SAND. One fine day... Who knows?

Then in the evening we went to
Radiance 2007. It's Glasgow's International Festival of Light. I may just write this on a separate post.

We saw probably one-third of the art works due to poor or rather non-existent sign posting.

Typically, weekends always draws to a close before you know it.

We had a nice and easy Sunday. I made Sunday Roast for lunch. TOH helped with the chopping, cutting and dicing. I'm really impressed with his cutting skills.

My first time cooking full Sunday Roast! And everyone loved it. We were so stuffed after the meal.

It wasn't long before it was time to go into town and the boys made their way home.

p.s.: This is my 150th Post! Woohoo!!!

visual overload

Last Sunday's weekend shopping was exactly that.

It was our first shopping trip to Sauchiehall Street and Buchanan Street, two of the main and pedestrianised shopping streets in Glasgow. The other one would be Argyll Street (well, as far as my Glasgow shopping knowledge serves me right).

Anyways, there was just so much to absorb. So many shops to go. So many people shopping and it wasn't even December! Just shows you a rough idea of what the population in Glasgow is like.

Two trips to Borders in two days is quite extreme. Bearing in mind that both trips we bought books.

Borders is probably the next most impressive book shop I've ever been. The first is Kinokuniya in KLCC. I haven't been to Borders in Berjaya Time Square, and I'm sure it is possible that it is as impressive as the Glasgow store. I have a feeling that Mid-Valley Megamall's MPH is (or at least once) the biggest bookstore in KL. Possible? Hmm...

Anyways, apparently Glasgow's Borders Store is the biggest and best bookstore in Scotland (so proud!).

Although having making two trips to Borders myself, I have only been to the Ground floor, where the magazines and papers, promotional books and cashiers are; and Lower Ground floor - non-fiction, where really good selection of art, history, architecture, self help, etc. are available; and the First/Mezzanine floor, travel books, stationeries, local books, autobiographies and games section.

Had a quick glance into the Basement floor, where the media section is. There is a Starbucks in store, and I think another two or three more floors of books!

The magazine and travel section was very impressive.

In fact everything there was so impressive!!

TOH bought two books and I bought a magazine on our first trip on Saturday. And on Sunday, I bought two books.

#1: Postsecret: Extraordinary Confessions from Ordinary Lives

And #2: Just Can't Get Enough: Toys, Games, and Other Stuff from The '80s that Rocked

The He-Man figurine was the reason I bought the book. Just because I once had that figurine!

I can't wait to visit Borders again. And I can foresee that TOH will always hold my hand very tightly whenever we pass by there!

Another shop in our favourite shops in Glasgow list!

shopping weekend

As usual TOH and I had another wonderful weekend.

Weekends are the only time we get to spend with each other. As much as the both of us wished it could be longer, other life commitments such as work, as well as distance, keeps us apart during the week.

Two weekends ago, we had a cultural weekend, which I will probably blog about it by end of this week, hopefully.

This weekend was a shopping weekend.

How can we not indulge in the activity that puts Weegieland 'The' place for shopping in the whole of Scotland?! Even if we haven't get paid.

Auld - Great Western Road
Our first stop after getting off the bus was to this bakery. I was in the mood for treats. I got a fudge donut and TOH got a rice crispies.

Ever since SR introduced Fisher & Donaldson's Fudge Donut, I have been going around trying various fudge donuts to find the ones that are better that it. So far, nothing can compare to Fisher & Donaldson's. Too bad Fisher & Donaldson is only available in Dundee and St Andrews. Need to get SR to bring a supply when TOH and him are down in a few weeks time.

Caledonia Books - Great Western Road
Our main reason to get off on Great Western Road was to go and have a look at this book shop. This is a second hand book shop that specialise in antiquarian books and quality second hand books.

I think this must be one of my first proper second hand book browsing experience, I think. I bought Autobiography of a Geisha all too typical with my love for autobiography. TOH bought four books from there.

Costa - Great Western Road
We then had a quick take away drinks: Mocha for me and Tea for TOH.

Felix & Oscar - Great Western Road
Walking past this shop to the bus stop how can we or at least I resist not to go in there?! Nice shop with interesting things for gift, interesting homeware by Alessi too!

Alessi have like the coolest stuff around. This caught my attention. So christmassy. Nice.

After a little browsing in Felix and Oscar, we then jumped on the bus and head into town. Our next stop...

Marks and Spencer - Sauchiehall Street
Our favourite store. Which actually is now our second favourite store because we found Peckhams during our Cultural Weekend. TOH needed to get some clothes for his alternate weekend home and I needed some additional work clothes. Nonetheless we still spend quite a bit of time browsing here.

As we continued our shopping trip, we stepped into Schuh (Sauchiehall Street) to have a wee browse since TOH is on the prowl for new trainers. When I mean on the prowl, it was more like 'it's been a few weeks since he first wanted a new pair and still have not get it'. hehehehe...

Apple Retail Store - Buchanan Street
We then have a short stopover here. Very impressive store.

Really nice acutally. You get to try everything. They have a big quantity of their products for you to try, play with and decide if this is what you want. You name it, they have it: iPods (all models) and Macs.

The new Mac desktop is very impressive with the superslim keyboard. It is a really nice and spacious store with a mezzanine level and a beautiful glass stairs leading upstairs. Cool store!

Now, I just have to wait for the iPhone to come out and test it. Yaaay!!!

Borders - Buchanan Street
The experience to this shop probably require a blog post on it's own.

In short, let's just say it was a 'visual overload' experience.

Nonetheless, TOH bought two books and I bought a magazine.

We then had McDonalds (Sauchiehall Street) for dinner, not realising we haven't had anything since scramble eggs and toast, treats from Auld and drinks from Costa. We were famished. Our blood sugar level were low. Low enough that we didn't realised it was too low for normal people like us.

Lesson: Always allocate food time.

Last stop was Cineworld for Ratatouille which probably also need a blog post about our experience there.

Sunday was another whirlwind of shopping.

Drop by Morrisons for a bit of grocery and later to In Store to pick up the much needed step ladder.

After that we just have a nice and relaxing time before the imminent goodbyes in the evening.

gurly investment

It’s finally here

My big gurl investment is finally here.

There was once I read somewhere that says:
A Woman Should Have…
… a set of screwdrivers. Check - courtesy of SR.
… a cordless drill. Something I’m planning to get.
… a black lace bra. Check.
… a friend who always makes her laugh. Check.
… and one who lets her cry. Check.
… a good piece of furniture not previously owned by anyone else in her family. CHECK!!!
… eight matching plates, wine glasses with stems, and a recipe for a meal that will make her guests feel honoured. Half check? Working on this. Does four matching plates work? I’ve got the wine glasses though. Meals making my guests feel honoured… well, you just have to be there to know it.
… a feeling of control over her destiny.
Check. Well, more or less I know how it is going.

So I thought it would be probably about time for me to ‘own a good piece of furniture that is not handed down….’

Even though I have a computer table I don’t think that would fall into that category. One, it is a flat pack piece of furniture. As good as it still is, surviving assemble, then unassembled, moving and assemble, it is not a piece of furniture that I would put in that category.

Secondly, it is just MDF. (Honestly at this rate I feel sorry for my computer table. It is as if I’m dissing it. Poor table, it is a really good computer table actually. I think I need to go home and sayang my table now and coo and sooth its feelings.)

Anyways, when I was in my old flat, I wanted a coffee table. Marks and Spencer had this set of tables on display and I love it to bits. It is a nest of two solid wood coffee tables from the Tiga range. It was so popular that they had to discontinue/suspend taking orders for the range until they can fulfil the existing orders.

You can imagine my disappointment when I got news of that.

However, after weeks of keeping track on it (was really lucky to have that privilege to do so), when I found out that the product was in stock, I finally put in my order coinciding with the business’ Home Event.

There was also an offer that if I placed the order for the nest of two tables and a side, I can get the whole lot with a good discount. After some consideration, I went ahead with the nest of two coffee tables and the side table.

As I ordered it during the Home Event, I had 20% off from the sale and another 20% off from Staff Discount. On top of that, I have saved up various vouchers and that offset-ed what I had to pay. In the end for the whole lot of about £500 original price, I only paid £161, which I think is a really good buy.

It took me a while to think of should I buy it or should I not. SR thinks that I was crazy to spend so much for the tables. But agreed that paying £161 was a bargain compared to £500. But still, he thinks that I was crazy to spend that kind of money.

TS on the other hand was very supportive and said I should definitely go for it.

Whether I necessary needed it or not was another story.

Yes, I needed it because I don’t have a proper coffee table in my then lounge.

Yes, the tables would be nice if I have a dinner party we could all sit around the table on the floor since my existing dinning table was only a two seater.

Yes, the tables would be a good enough investment if I bought my own flat in future I have a really nice set of coffee tables.

No, I don’t need it because I don’t own a flat.

No, I don’t need it because it will just be another dumping ground for my ever increasing pile of rubbish.

No, I don’t need it because that means me spending unnecessary money.

No, I don’t need it because… I probably just don’t need it.

Eventually I still bought it because number one I fell in love with the tables. They are solid wood, not just your MDF, flat pack furniture, good quality tables and all the way from India. Thank havens I had TS to support me there.

I believed it is a really good buy since I only paid £161 for the whole lot!

Anyways, after the order, there was a wait for 12 weeks. It didn’t bother me that much since I bought it at a good price anyways.

But 12 weeks became 16 weeks and then another few more weeks were added on because I was moving and I didn’t want to have them delivered to my Aberdeen address and I have to find a way to move it down to Glasgow.

So more waiting. More liaising with M&S.

Finally after all the hassle, it finally arrived yesterday. Which I had to skive off work to be there to sign for the delivery.

What I was disappointed was that I was promised great customer service from M&S delivery team. That they will be there to unpack my furniture, inspect it with me, when I’m satisfied, sign the papers, they will take away the packaging and I will be happy and proud of my new purchase.

If I’m not satisfied with the item(s), meaning that if there are any damages, I will call Customer Service, speak to them about it, and I will keep the damage item(s) until they have the new items ordered and replaced.

However, in reality I was left with the tables in two boxes. Mr. Delivery Guy said that because it was ‘Express Delivery’ they don’t do that with me.

So here I am with my purchase in two boxes. On each boxes it was printed ‘two person to carry item’. Right. -__-"

I managed to unpack the side table. Luckily they were in good condition.

But I can’t unpack my nest of two coffee tables. One, the tables weigh 46kg. Two, it did say to have two persons to carry the item.

I tried to carry it alone but think that I shouldn’t risk it. After all if anything does happen like I accidentally damage it, I doubt that I will get a replacement.

Being the good gf that I am, I have to wait patiently for TOH to be here to help me unpack it. In the mean time, I just have that box staring at me in the living room while I watch my tv.

Funnily yesterday I had this vision of me laying in the box since it was about my height. Can’t help telling TOH about it and he laughed at me saying that I must be thinking I’m a small kid and that being in the box is my little safe place. I can’t resist asking ‘Can I keep the box?’

sundays are made like this

I survived the farewell.

It's not as dramatic as I hope it would have been. Probably my fault for not making a big announcement. But hey, small fry, small goodbye?

That's just life.

After all I'm a drama princess and I crave for attention(?!).

I had a great night out. Great location: Prince of Wales. Great people: Surrounded by my best friend and closest friends. Man! I'm gonna miss those people. But as good friends go, I do hope that we keep in touch. It's not really easy but an effort definitely well worth it.

Somehow, again, it's funny that you become close to people when you are leaving. Sigh...

Why?

Anyways, waking up today I realised and was kicking meself to no end, that I didn't took any pics last night. Urrrggghh.. SO TYPICAL!!!

*kick kick kick...*
*kick kick kick...*

Sigh...

There is this weird feeling. What is going to happen now? What am I going to do from now? The feeling of lost and fear somehow was slowly sinking in.

But...

In the mean time, let me enjoy this Sunday.

After falling in and out of sleep, chasing various dreams, I finally opened my eyes, snuggling in bed, texting. Yup, what a way to spend Sunday mornings.

Took me a while to decide what to do. But I'm glad, I finally(!) got my hair coloured, had a bit of facial, cooked my version of stovies, cleaned the flat a bit and then vegetate in front of the computer.

Sundays should definitely be made like this. Bliss!

Of course, how can I deny myself some fine retail therapy? Damn internet shopping! Must. Control. I'm so needing to control myself.

Still kicking...

impulsiveness

Today has been a rather impulsive day. Sort of.

Impulse #1: Haircut

Ever since I knew Paul is a hairstylist, I thought 'Why not have him style my hair? One day'. I spoke to him once that I will come by to see him, soon. That was weeks ago.

Finally today, I walk into his workplace without an appointment. Luckily there was a slot in 10 minutes. It was a very interesting experience as I sat there for 1 hour and 40 minutes, which I think must have been the longest haircut I've ever got.

However, I must say that in Paul's capable hands, I felt at ease. This would be my second ever haircut in the UK!

Reason being: 1. I don't believe or rather, practicing having my hair cut every seven weeks. I normally have my hair cut/trim/whatever every year, around Chinese New Year. The last time I visited a hairstylist was 9-10 months ago! 2. It is cheaper to get a haircut in Malaysia. I normally spend not more than RM15 (£3) on a hair cut. Just cut. No wash, blow, all those nonsense. My last hair cut, dry cut, cost me £10. And I cringed at how the girl cut it! Okay, the most I've ever spent on my hair was RM400 (£60) on rebonding. The most money and time I've spent on. Was in the hairsalon for 8 hours?!

Aneeeways... Paul was meticulously layering my hair and styling it. Before that, I had to have my hair washed, even though I just washed it 30 minutes ago. I think I almost fell asleep at the chair! Goodness!!!

After all the snipping, blow drying and styling later, I left with a rather interesting fringe (not too funky), plenty of hair on the floor (Paul said I had a lot of hair and I say that I drop a lot of hair everyday too), and £34.20 less (luckily for student discount!) . Interesting fringe, cos the hair keep falling on my face. But it's good. Have to see what TS is going to say about it, since he suggested that I get a fringe. Actually, it's not much of a proper fringe, I'm so going to be strangled! hahahaha...

I had fun though. Proper professional cut. I will go back there again. A friend of mine only let his hair styled by Paul. So I trust him!

A nice pre-birthday present!

Impulse #2: M&S Sale

The M&S sale started today. I planned last night to be there by 8:30am for the bargains and I plan to buy work clothes.

Come 8:30am, I was still in bed! Otherwise, this posting may just be about how sad I am waking up to be the first few there. Although, there are people waiting in queue for the 5:30am (I think...) Next sale, normally.

I don't normally go to a sale, because I find that either there are too many people in the queues for trying or the tills, or the sale items are a mess. Many people here, normally buy the clothes, go home and try, and if unsatisfied, come back (to a queue) and get a refund or if lucky an exchange. I just don't really see the point of buying something only to realised that it is not suitable or you can't get the size you need. So I brave through the queues and patiently wait for my turn each time.

However, after one set of luxurious duvet cover, a pair of tights, a pair of trousers, three sets of lingeries, three shirts and five skirts later, I think I almost break the bank. On top of that, I realised that I somehow bought too much to carry. I had to go buy some stuff at the chinese grocers and pick up a visitor from the bus station. So, I do what I normally do with my food bought there... I have it home delivered! Only...

Only that if I brought £50 worth of food, then I can get free delivery. So... more impulsiveness. Okay, I did sort of plan to buy some stuff, but not so soon.

Home delivery: free
Haircut: £32
Food: £51
Clothes: £165
Shopping spree satisfaction: priceless!

Goodness! Thank god for staff discount!! Can't believe I can spend so much in a day! Well, in SH, now christened as POCO (How cute! Like a penguin name! Blessed! x), words 'as long as I'm happy'. Very true...

This shopping trip will last me for a while...

There goes my bonus...

vegetate

Work was busy but still kinda draggy. The new flower ordering system went on live today (Monday). Was pleased that I managed to do at least an order. Will take a while to get pro on it... well a short while.

Anyways, whoever want to order flowers please do so online yourself so that we will have less hassle. Transfering of responsibilities... hehehe...

Did some 'impulsive' shopping after work and tried quite hard to bring up the total to above £50 so that I can get free delivery. Do I need the stuff? Maybe not half of it. Sad case.

Gave a little thought to what I wanted to do after that... am just so missing SH. He is so busy. -_- But then I have to learn to enjoy me time. What to do?!

So I thought why not watch some movies online and do what I do best, vegetate in front of the computer? And then it was what shall I watch??? Amongst one that came to mind was 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind'. Heard so much about it. Too bad I couldn't watch it. Need to find out why.

So I pulled up my Ikea Pello armchair, tilted my hp 19" screen and thought 'hey why didn't I ever thought about that before'. So my new computer chair is the armchair. Currently with a nice fluffy feather pillow for additional support. Ahh.. this is life...

I've always wanted to watch 'Brokeback Mountain' to find out whats so great about this movie. It takes such a long time to stream. So while waiting, I managed to watch 'The Break Up' and then the penultimate episode of 'Prison Break' on tv, yet the streaming wasn't complete. I did watched the movie in between, still the streaming was slow. So read the whole of Adam Carruthers's blog while sorta watching 'Maybe Baby'.

'Brokeback Mountain'. Hmm... such a highly acclaimed movie which seemed a big disappointment for me. Besides the scenic scenes, nice closing songs and the really really nice guitar playing by Gustavo Santaolalla, I find the story quite draggy. Maybe I need the watch this movie again? Like in a long long Long LONG more time in future?

'The Break Up' was almost as bad as 'Brokeback'. Okay, the fighting, arguing and scheming scenes are quite entertaining, so to say. But the ending was like wtf?! You call that an ending??!!!

Sadly 'Prison Break' is coming to the end of its season two. I really wonder will it end there?

Next I will probably or maybe need to invest in a wireless keyboard and mouse so that I can continue to enjoy typing with the keyboard on my lap. Oooh...

Speaking of which, I remember Microsoft had this wireless keyboard and mouse set that provides fingerprint id. When I first saw it, I asked SH why do you need a keyboard with fingerprint id? Its just so OTT!

Well off to bed now, its already 3:30am. Need to do some useful stuff tomorrow.
